Historic Bungalow Complete Remodel

Follow us on this journey as we completely renovate this tired old man of a house in Historic Riverside/Avondale. It currently has 2 full bedrooms full of wallpaper and curtains and a hall bathroom with many of the original fixtures, cast iron plumbing and 80’s touchups. The kitchen is even worse…The original 1930’s cabinets have just got to go. They are tired and sad looking. Watch as we refinish the wooden floors, remodel the ceiling tiles, add drywall, paint and trim. See the progress as we create another open kitchen concept for the modern family complete with a wrap around countertop, new appliances, cabinets and floor. All the while, notice the little historic details that we try to keep alive for the next family to enjoy.
