Our Lil’ Coastal Oasis

Welcome to this sweet charmer of a bungalow. He’s been sitting around for the past 40 years needing an interior facelift and some exterior tucks. So we decided to adopt him, take him under our wings and breathe some life back into his old bones.

Watch as this 1921 bungalow, with a stucco over red tile exterior, comes to life again with just a little love…and a whole lot of labor. On the outside, it’s just a facelift, but on the inside, there’s some intricate surgery going on.

The final product will provide the happy new homeowner(s) with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a gorgeous kitchen and a private laundry room/pantry to boot! But there’s much more coming…like a little ship lap (spoiler alert!). As well as marble and beautiful wooden floors….
