A Subtle Makeover of a Tired Old Home

This house was lived in by a single man for many years. And at the time we purchased it, it was ripe for a re-do. Not too far along, but definitely in need of some help. So we went to work papering the hardwood floor floors, pulling off the 3 layers of wallpaper off and removing the 12’ square ceiling tiles…which none of us…to this day…can figure out why they were ever installed. But we knew she was a beauty in the rough. One large room off the master became a sitting room/nursery and a master bath. But other than that, all other rooms remained the same.
