If we sign our estimate and want to move forward, then what’s next?

We’ll finalize permit drawings,  apply for permits and COA’s (if needed) and start scheduling trades. Your contract will be sent to your for signature and the process getting you on schedule will begin. Once that’s done, we’ll provide a soft timeline for project milestones.
