We’re changing this home from Tiny to Terrific.

It was originally built in 1930 as a nice cozy starter home with 2 bedrooms and 1 shared bath and boasting around 910 square feet of livable space. With the help of the homeowner’s design ideas, we are doubling the original size but still keeping with the historical integrity of the original home footprint. Arched doorways, lots of windows to add natural light, lap siding, and a relaxing back covered porch are just a few of the items that will be seamlessly included.
