CenterBeam Construction was so impressed with the happy quotient found at this year’s 45th Annual Tour of Homes sponsored by Riverside Avondale Preservation.
The turn out was phenomenal with a little over 1700 people walking through the doors of this bungalow in a little over two days.

The house that CenterBeam was hosting is one that they worked on in 2019 during a kitchen transformation and a back yard addition of the original home.The clients are stoked with the outcome and the guests during the hometown often came back for a second look on the next day.
